COLORS The official Bentley colors are blue and black with an accent color of green. For print color reproduction use blue (PMS 301), black and green (PMS 355). When using process color, the build formula for blue is 100% cyan, 43 magenta, 19% black. The process build formula for black is 100% black. The process build formula for green is 100% cyan, 91% yellow and 6% black. On the Web, for the closest web-safe color match, use these hexadecimal values: #084887 for blue, #000000 for black and #009e57 for green.

USE OF BENTLEY LOGO AND SPECIAL MARKS VERTICAL MARKS WITH BENTLEY LOGO The identity marks for the Bentley verticals consist the Bentley logo (outlined on page 3) in combination with logotype tagline in Caslon 3, specific to each of the 4 verticals-building, civil, geospatial, and plant. Use, The vertical mark will be used on Bentley materials specific to the vertical to identify them as produced by and for Bentley. Use of the vertical mark is left to the discretion of the Marketing Director for the respective vertical. PROGRAM LOGOS Use. Identity marks for specific programs will be used in conjunction with the Bentley logo (outlined on page 3). In the case of products that do not have an approved logo, product names will be represented using Universe 67 Condensed as outlined in the Bentley typography standards on page 4 of this document.
CORPORATE POWERPOINT CORPORATE POWERPOINT/TEMPLATE+BENTLEY OVERVIEW A new look has been developed for the Bentley corporate powerpoint presentation. There is a template with which you can create your slides and a Bentley Overview presentation which you can use in its entirety or pull slides from to accent your own presentation. The template is saved as a Design Template (.pot file). This design template should make updating existing presentations to this new look easier. Using a Design Template supplies a consistent background, color scheme, and text and object formatting. MERGING PRESENTATIONS INTO NEW TEMPLATE To use the Design Template, save the .pot file into the Microsoft/Templates folder on your hard drive. When you are in PowerPoint (2003) open an existing presentation, click on the Design tab in the Formatting toolbar. This will replace the existing master settings with those from the new template. BE – USE OF LOGOS BE LOGOS The company identity marks for the BE properties consist of a white script lower case be in a blue box plus a logotype, in Futura BT, that reads “BENTLEY EMPOWERED” in call caps. A blue rule encompasses the mark and logotype for the different divisions is below in black. The mark is always accompanied by a logotype on Futura BT, that identifies the individual BE property (Conference, Awards, Magazine, Newsletter, Careers Network or User Group) Use. The mark will be used on all BE materials to identify them as produced by and for Bentley. The mark must be used on company specific publications as appropriate (see company marketing identities). When the mark is used, its shape will not be altered in anyway. The mark will not appear with any other mark, symbol, logo, or logotype, other than the logotype designed for it and presented here.
